The tube runs on a 9600mAh lithium battery with up to 8 hours of runtime in mono mode and a 7-hour full charge from the supplied charger. That is the specification that decides where the fixture can go: truss edges, venue perimeters, crowd positions, outdoor paths and any point on a rig that has no mains drop nearby. Charging is off a standard AC 100–240V supply at 50/60Hz through the charger, so the tube and its power supply travel separately and the tube itself goes up without a cable.
Inside the 1435 mm tube there are 32 separately addressed pixels. In the full 160-channel mode each one gets its own RGBWA color value, which is what turns the tube from a colored stick into a display: animations traveling along its length, scrolling text, wave effects and multi-zone chases that a single-color tube simply cannot produce. When the job only needs a wash, the DMX channel count drops all the way to 4CH and the tube behaves like a straightforward color source.
Red, green, blue, white and amber emitters handle saturated, creative color. Separately, a dedicated CCT channel runs from a warm 2000K through daylight to 10000K in 200K steps. That second system is what makes the tube useful beyond effects: it can be a film or photographic practical, an architectural accent light or a clean white tube on a set, all without gels and all tunable from the desk. Dimming is 0–100% across 4 dimming modes with a 0–30Hz strobe.
There are three control paths and none of them needs a signal cable. 2.4G wireless DMX puts the tube under the lighting desk alongside everything else, so it can be cued with the rest of the show. The phone APP is the fast route for setting a look, a color or a pixel program during setup. The IR remote changes color instantly without touching anything — useful when the tube is rigged out of reach. The OLED display handles mode, address and settings on the fixture itself.
The tube emits uniformly through 360° rather than from a single face, so every orientation is a usable surface. That matters on a visible tube run along a stage edge, a bar front or a crowd barrier, where the audience sees the fixture from every angle.
