Main Features

A 40W RGBWA tube with a 9600mAh battery, up to 8h of runtime, 32 independently controlled pixels and 360° uniform output — wireless color and pixels anywhere you cannot run a power cable.

9600mAh of Battery, Up to 8 Hours

The tube runs on a 9600mAh lithium battery with up to 8 hours of runtime in mono mode and a 7-hour full charge from the supplied charger. That is the specification that decides where the fixture can go: truss edges, venue perimeters, crowd positions, outdoor paths and any point on a rig that has no mains drop nearby. Charging is off a standard AC 100–240V supply at 50/60Hz through the charger, so the tube and its power supply travel separately and the tube itself goes up without a cable.

32 Individually Controlled Pixels

Inside the 1435 mm tube there are 32 separately addressed pixels. In the full 160-channel mode each one gets its own RGBWA color value, which is what turns the tube from a colored stick into a display: animations traveling along its length, scrolling text, wave effects and multi-zone chases that a single-color tube simply cannot produce. When the job only needs a wash, the DMX channel count drops all the way to 4CH and the tube behaves like a straightforward color source.

RGBWA Mixing Plus a Real White Channel

Red, green, blue, white and amber emitters handle saturated, creative color. Separately, a dedicated CCT channel runs from a warm 2000K through daylight to 10000K in 200K steps. That second system is what makes the tube useful beyond effects: it can be a film or photographic practical, an architectural accent light or a clean white tube on a set, all without gels and all tunable from the desk. Dimming is 0–100% across 4 dimming modes with a 0–30Hz strobe.

2.4G Wireless DMX, Phone APP and IR Remote

There are three control paths and none of them needs a signal cable. 2.4G wireless DMX puts the tube under the lighting desk alongside everything else, so it can be cued with the rest of the show. The phone APP is the fast route for setting a look, a color or a pixel program during setup. The IR remote changes color instantly without touching anything — useful when the tube is rigged out of reach. The OLED display handles mode, address and settings on the fixture itself.

360° Output at 2.5 kg

The tube emits uniformly through 360° rather than from a single face, so every orientation is a usable surface. That matters on a visible tube run along a stage edge, a bar front or a crowd barrier, where the audience sees the fixture from every angle. The aluminum-alloy body uses natural cooling, so there is no fan noise, and at 2.5 kg with a 50 mm diameter it is light and thin enough to rig quickly by hand.

Eight DMX Modes From 4CH to 160CH

The tube carries DMX personalities of 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 12 / 40 / 80 / 160CH. The low end is a simple dimmer, strobe and color-macro fixture that costs almost nothing in channel count. The high end is the full 160-channel pixel engine. Because every step in between is available, the same tube suits a small bar rig with a limited patch and a large installation where a run of tubes is pixel-mapped with the rest of the show. A CASE OF 4PCS is $1,480.

WHO IT’S BUILT FOR

Stage and set designers
A 1435 mm, 360° tube is a visible line of light rather than a hidden fixture, which makes it a design element as much as a light source. The 32-pixel mapping lets a row of tubes run animations and chases along a set edge, and the tunable CCT channel means the same tube can be a saturated color accent or a clean white practical without a gel change.
Film, photography and content studios
The CCT channel runs 2000K to 10000K in 200K steps, so a tube can be matched to daylight, to tungsten or to a mixed source on set, and it does it as a genuine white rather than an approximation from RGB. The 360° output and aluminum natural cooling keep it quiet and even in frame, and the 8-hour battery runtime means no cable runs across a shooting floor.
Venues, bars and architectural accents
Tube positions — a bar front, a wall line, a perimeter, a stairwell — are usually the places hardest to get power to. With a 9600mAh battery and 2.4G wireless DMX, the tube can be mounted exactly where the line should be and still be cued from the house desk. The phone APP covers venues that want a fixed look with no console at all.
Event crews and rental companies
A CASE OF 4PCS at $1,480 gives a rental house a working set of four matched tubes in one purchase, which is the quantity most event layouts actually need — a runway edge, four table positions or a room's four corners. At 2.5 kg each and with no cable to run, a four-tube installation is a one-person job from the box to running.
Wireless tube usage and handling
The COLOR SPECTRUM TUBE is battery powered and controlled over 2.4G wireless DMX, a phone APP or an IR remote, and no IP rating is published for this model — so it should not be treated as weather-sealed or water-resistant. Keep it out of rain, standing water and damp storage, charge it only with the supplied charger from an AC 100–240V supply, and follow the manufacturer's guidance on battery care and operating temperature.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does the battery last, and how long does it take to charge?
Up to 8 hours of runtime in mono mode from the 9600mAh lithium battery, with a 7-hour full charge using the supplied charger from an AC 100–240V, 50/60Hz supply. In practice that covers a full event night from one charge, which is what lets the tube be placed on truss edges, perimeters and crowd positions where there is no mains drop available.
What does it mean that the pixels are individually controllable?
The tube contains 32 separately addressed pixels. In the full 160-channel mode each pixel gets its own RGBWA color value, so you can run animations along the tube, scroll text, build wave effects and split it into independent zones. If you only need a color wash, drop to a lower channel count — the personalities run 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 12 / 40 / 80 / 160CH.
Does it need mains power or a signal cable?
No. The tube runs from its 9600mAh battery for up to 8 hours and is controlled over 2.4G wireless DMX, a phone APP or the supplied IR remote. Mains is only needed to charge it. That is the point of the fixture: it can be placed exactly where the design wants a line of light, with no power cable and no DMX run to that position.
Can I use white light from it, or is it only color effects?
Both. RGBWA mixing produces the saturated creative colors, and a separate CCT channel runs from 2000K through to 10000K in 200K steps for genuine white light that suits film, photography and architectural work. You can also run the two together — a white line with colored accents, or the reverse.
Can it be used outdoors?
No IP rating is published for the COLOR SPECTRUM TUBE, so it should not be treated as weather-sealed or water-resistant. It is a wireless battery tube intended for covered positions; keep it out of rain and standing water and store it dry. The battery system is what makes it flexible about cabling, not what makes it outdoor rated.
How many tubes do I need, and how much are they?
The tube is supplied as a CASE OF 4PCS at $1,480. Four is a practical set for the layout this fixture is normally used in — a runway edge, four table or bar positions, or a room's four corners — and because each tube is 2.5 kg with no cable to run, one person can place all four. Free shipping applies on most products across the USA, with a 2-year warranty and a 30-day return policy.
What are the physical dimensions and how is it controlled on the fixture?
The tube is 1435 mm long with a 50 mm diameter and weighs 2.5 kg. It uses an aluminum-alloy housing with natural cooling, so it runs without a fan. On-fixture settings and addressing are handled through the OLED display, and power draw is 40W when charging. The IR remote and charger are both included in the package.
