The VINTAGE GEMINI is built around a main source of 6pcs 20W warm white COB LEDs, with 64 inner auxiliary LEDs and 62 outer RGB LEDs arranged as eyes around it — 32pcs and 31pcs per eye respectively. In practice that means the fixture produces a bright, warm frontal wash from the center while the inner and outer rings run color independently around it. One unit covers what would otherwise be a wash light plus two banks of effects.
There are 11+11+15+64=101 built-in macro effects covering color, strobe, dimmer and speed combinations, plus wash and strobe effects with speed control. On a corporate job, a school event or a bar that just needs to look good, that library is the difference between a fixture that works in five minutes and one that needs a designer. On a bigger show the macros are a starting point you refine from the console.
The fixture offers 11, 23 or 29 DMX channels. 11CH keeps the patch small and the programming fast for a room where the fixture is doing a straightforward job. 29CH spreads the zones, macros and effects across separate channels so nothing on the fixture is tied to anything else while you are building a cue. Because all three live in the same unit, the same fixture works on a simple and a complex show.
The color system is warm white plus RGB. The warm white COB center gives you a genuine, comfortable stage wash — the kind of light that flatters skin tones — while the 64 inner and 62 outer RGB LEDs add saturated color on top. Dimming is 0–100% linear and the strobe runs 1–25Hz, so slow fades stay smooth and the strobe starts slow enough to sit inside a track.
At 3.85 kg (8.5 lb) in a 480 × 180 × 310 mm (18.9 × 7.1 × 12.2 in) black housing, the GEMINI goes on a tripod, a T-bar, a hanging rig or on the floor as an uplight. Power uses PowerCon input/output and DMX uses 3-pin XLR input/output, both chainable, which keeps a four-fixture run down to one power feed and one short DMX cable. That is the whole reason a one-person crew can put up a proper stage front.
DMX, Master-Slave, Auto and Sound-active are all built in. Auto runs the built-in programs on their own; Sound makes the fixture respond to the room; Master-Slave links several units to follow one lead. Any of the three covers an event with no operator on a desk, and DMX is there the moment a designer arrives. Power draw is 120W on AC100–220V at 50/60Hz, with an average LED lifespan of 50,000 hours.
Vintage-style light is the go-to for styled spaces: cocktail bars, wedding and event styling, boutique retail, hotel lobbies and small venue lounges.
