Most retro lights do one of two things: they give you a warm white flood, or they give you a color effect. The VINTAGE SOLO does both from one face. Three 60W warm white COB LEDs sit at the center at 2200K — the amber-white tone that reads as a genuine tungsten lamp rather than a cold LED — and around them sit 76×0.5W RGB LEDs arranged as inner and outer halo rings. You can run the center warm with a slow color ring circling it, or push both for a full effect. That combination is what makes it work on a stage set and in a bar corner, not just in one of them.
The 41-channel profile gives you the fullest control: the main COB source, the inner halo and the outer halo all dim and color independently, which is how you get pixel-mapped sequences and layered looks across the face. Drop to 39CH when you want most of that with a shorter patch, or 14CH when you just need the fixture doing its thing without eating a third of the console. Same hardware, three levels of detail — pick the one your show can actually use.
Forty-five pre-programmed macros cover strobe, color, dimmer and speed variations, so you can pull a professional-looking effect up in seconds instead of building it fader by fader. On a quick-turn production, or a night where the operator is also running sound, that built-in library is the difference between using the fixture properly and leaving it on one static look all night.
The VINTAGE SOLO mounts on a tripod, hangs from a truss or ceiling, stands on the ground, or interlocks with other units in a row. That matters more than it sounds: a lot of effect lights assume one mounting position, which is why they end up unused in the warehouse. This one covers uplighting a wall from the floor, hanging over a dance floor, standing on a stage lip for a warm glow, and building a linked row of retro fixtures along a bar.
The fixture runs at 220W on AC 100–220V at 50/60Hz, with 0–100% linear dimming and a 1–25Hz strobe. Because the LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours, nothing about the light output is a consumable — a fixture installed in a venue stays put for years rather than being swapped out with the lamps the old incandescent lookalikes needed.
Power connectors are PowerCon input/output, so fixtures chain from one power run instead of each needing its own outlet, and data runs on standard 3-pin XLR input/output, which is what small rigs and DJ setups already have in the cable box. DMX, Master-Slave, Auto and Sound modes mean it works under a console or completely on its own.
At 2.2 kg (4.85 lb) the fixture is light enough to hang two or three from a single span or to carry a set of four in one hand, and the gold reflector lifts the brightness and gives the face its vintage finish. Boxed four at a time, it is a practical way to fill a stage with matching retro looks: the BOX OF 4PCS package is $619 against $158 each.
Vintage-style light is the go-to for styled spaces: cocktail bars, wedding and event styling, boutique retail, hotel lobbies and small venue lounges.
