At Sanyi Lights, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping process for all orders. We offer both domestic and international shipping options, ensuring that our products reach you safely and on time. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our shipping process.

Shipping Rates
& Delivery Times

  • Shipping is included for most of our products. Please refer to each product description for details.
  • We typically need 1–2 business days to process your order before it’s picked up by the shipping carrier.
  • For products weighing less than 150 pounds per package, we typically ship via UPS. Once your order is picked up by the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

California: 1–2 business days
West Coast (AZ, NV, OR, WA): 2–4 business days
Southwest & Central US: 3–5 business days
Midwest (IL, OH, MO, MI, etc.): 4–6 business days
East Coast (NY, NJ, FL, PA, etc.): 5–7 business days
Hawaii & Alaska: 5–10 business days

  • For overweight products, they will be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) and may take longer to arrive, with delivery times ranging from 3 to 12 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches your delivery address.

Before You Order Overweight Products with Road Cases

If you are ordering overweight products, please note that due to their oversized nature, we calculate shipping costs as the price for one pallet by LTL. However, the actual freight cost may be lower, especially if you order multiple cases.​

  • Information Required: To calculate an accurate shipping quote, please provide the following:
  1. Your postal code.
  2. Indicate whether the delivery address is a business, home business, or residential location.
  3. Let us know if you need a lift gate for delivery.

Delivery Issues
& Lost Packages

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order or believe your package may be lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
