RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Items shipped from Sanyi Lights Inc can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. All items being returned must be returned within the return policy period to be refunded. All items returned to be refunded or for exchange will hold a 15% restocking fee. All items being returned must be in brand new/ never used condition with all packaging content in tact.
Some items are non-returnable, non-exchangable and non-refundable such as package deals, sale items, special orders, and non-defective open box products. An RMA form is required for all returns. Consumer must contact Sanyi Lights Inc in order to create an RMA case before returning any items. Return shipping and insurance on all items is the consumer’s responsibility.
Sanyi Lights Inc are not responsible for any damages caused during initial shipping or the return shipping process. Exchanges are valid in the same time frame as returns. Consumer must contact Sanyi Lights Inc before the returning of any products to be exchanged.
Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. All items with a value of $100 or more should be returned using a trackable method. Items with a value more than $100, must also be insured. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item.
